welcome
This portal is my gift and a tribute to those who dedicate their lives to working with people every day. It is a difficult yet truly meaningful mission, and I want to offer you a tool that can enrich your programs, bring participants the joy of movement, and support them on their path to new wings.
Because we all know: life sometimes wounds us. In those moments, a person may lose strength, confidence, and the will to move forward.
It can feel as though the wings are broken forever. But I believe everyone can rise again.
That is why I created the portal From Broken Wings to A Fighter — a space where movement becomes medicine, and fitness kickboxing turns into a tool for healing and empowerment.
This is a free, nonprofit portal. I truly believe that health and confidence should not depend on income or place of residence. Many schools, NGOs, and community organizations cannot afford to hire trainers or purchase fitness programs. That is why I made this resource open to everyone — so that movement and support are accessible to all.
Full access to all training sessions is available only for registered organizations.
Unregistered visitors can view two sample workouts for demonstration and familiarization purposes.
I’ve made everything as simple and convenient for you as possible:
Why Fitness Kickboxing?
I chose fitness kickboxing for this portal because it combines emotion, simplicity, and results—the very
things that keep people moving,
Engaging from the very first class. Rhythm, music, and simple movement combinations create
a sense of flow: instead of “exercise,” it feels like dynamic energy you want to return to.
Accessible for everyone. The format is non-contact, can be performed either standing or seated,
requires no equipment, and allows for easy adjustments in intensity based on age and group level.
Noticeable results in a short format. Just 10–15 minutes, and participants feel more energy,
less tension, and sharper focus.
Convenient for organizers. Ready-to-use videos, clear instructions, licensed music;
sessions can be held in a classroom, hall, or library—without renovations or extra costs.
Modern and refreshing. It looks and feels different from traditional exercise, which means
higher engagement and a greater chance people will keep coming back.
