How it works
1
Organization Registration
After registration, the organization receives a shared login and password.
Any staff member — teachers, coordinators, or volunteers — can use this login to access the portal and lead sessions at any time, even if several sessions are taking place simultaneously.
2
Setting Up the Organization Profile
Once saved and reviewed by a moderator, your profile will appear in the section Spread Wings — showing your name, city, and logo (photos only with participant consent).
3
Leading a Training Session
Any staff member at your organization — a teacher, coordinator, volunteer, or assistant — can lead a session.
No sports background or special training is required. Simply review the Training Guidelines and basic safety rules available in the Documents section, then follow the workout video step by step. Each move is clearly shown and explained in the video, so there’s no need to memorize anything — just press play and move along with your group.
4
Participant Documents
All necessary forms and documents are available in the Documents section as downloadable PDFs.
Your organization can print the required forms and collect participant signatures before the first session. The section includes:
  • Adult Participation Agreement
  • Minor Participation Agreement
  • Safety Rules (for review)
  • Music License for the workout videos
5
Display on a Big Screen
Play the workout on a large screen (TV/projector)
in full-screen mode so everyone can see clearly.
6
Basic Moves
Go to the Basic Moves section and watch a short intro video. It covers stance, basic punches and kicks, simple defense, and safe range of motion.
No memorization required—the training videos demonstrate and name each move. Just follow along. All movements are built to the beat — keeping the rhythm together.
7
Selecting a Workout
Open the Workouts section.
  • Choose the format: seated or standing.
  • Choose the level: Easy (E) or Dynamic (D).
  • Each video lasts 10–15 minutes.
8
Challenges and Motivation
This section is updated regularly—check back for new ideas. For visibility, you can print a mini-plan or post it on a bulletin board. Even small wins inspire.
9
Gallery
Upload photos (with participant consent). A wonderful way to showcase your organization’s work and share results.
10
“Silent” Workouts with Headphones (on request)
Perfect for libraries and quiet spaces: participants train with individual headphones while the room stays silent. Equipment (headphones, transmitter/receiver, etc.) is purchased by the organization itself or with help from partners/sponsors; the project does not fund or supply equipment. A project specialist provides free technical setup consultation and remote support. The organization handles the installation and purchase. If this format is of interest, contact us with the subject line Silent Workouts. We will help you choose the right configuration and provide estimated equipment costs so you can plan ahead.
